Can we get a pet chicken?

Evan: "Mom, why don't we just buy a pet chicken so we don't have to go to the store anymore to buy eggs?"

Me: "And where would we keep a pet chicken?"

Evan: "I would just keep it my room and snuggle it at night."

Me: "I don't think chickens liked to be snuggled!"
