Baby Andrew

I have a new nephew in my family and he is quite the cutie! So happy to have another baby in the family! Congrats Marna and Dave!

All is peachy

Some of my very favorite fruits of summer are peaches. I look forward to them every year and so does my daughter... She claims that peaches are her favorite food! I took these pictures of her enjoying the first peaches of the season. She was in heaven!

Full of hot air

Most of you probably thought this was going to be a post about me from the title.... tricked you!

Our town had a couple mornings of setting off hot air balloons right near our house. The first day they we saw them out the bedroom window and the kids ran out to the driveway to watch them.

The next day they were setting them off again and I knew I wanted to wake up early and take some pictures! Here are a few of my favorites:

Hot air balloons to me are just so graceful in the air and so beautiful! I hope to take a ride in one someday!

Dad's Day

The night before Father's Day, all the kids piled on top of dad and gave him a "Dad's Day Dog Pile". Love it!

On Father's Day itself, we had fruit crepes for breakfast, went to church, and for lunch Jacob barbequed brats and dogs! Yum! The kids gave him some ties, pajamas, and homemade gifts. He loved them all! We even had the chance to take a few pictures of the kids with Brian while they were still in their church clothes. This one was my favorite...

I forgot to mention that we made him some super yummy treats as well!

Trip to Nebraska

I had the chance to visit my dad, my step-mom Carol and my Step-brother Daniel that live in Lincoln Nebraska.  I drove out with my brother and his good friend Corey. My dad and his family always make me feel very welcome and we have the best time together!

A few of my favorite pics from the weekend... Me and my dad, playing alot of games, and eating at Buzzard Billy's! The bottom right pic is me, Daniel, Carol, my dad, and Mike.

And we spent a day at the Omaha Zoo. So many fun things to see!

The only thing I didn't like about the trip was that it wasn't long enough. Love my dad, Carol and Daniel and wish we lived even closer.
