A night at the Rio

My sister won a great contest! It let her and 25 of her friends come and eat at the Rio Grande in Denver for free! It was like a party and I got to meet alot of her friends that I normally wouldn't have gotten a chance to meet. It was a fun night! Thanks Leah for letting me be one of the 25!

A day with Grandma & Grandpa

Evan got the chance to spend the day with Grandma and Grandpa K! They picked him up, then went and picked up another one of their grandsons for a fun filled day. They first went to a baseball game, then lunch at Taco Bell and then finished the day off with a trip to the Wildlife Expedition! Evan has great grandparents that take him out on many adventures! We are very thankful they are part of our lives! Thanks mom and Gary for all you do! Here are some of my favorite pictures from the day:

Courtney's first art class

Courtney took her first art class (other than school) and loved it! She has always enjoyed doing any type of art! Here is the 1st one she did: (You can actually tell it is an elephant! Mine would not be so obvious..)

Weekend getaway

Last weekend I had the opportunity to get away to Colorado Springs with my little sister Leah and my mom! One of my favorite things we did was climb Seven Falls. It was absolutely beautiful! I thought alot about how God sure has made some amazing things to look at and enjoy on this earth. I always feel closer to God when I am in the mountains. :) Here are some of my favorite pictures from our hike:

Had to share a few more pictures from our weekend! Checking into the hotel, eating at Rudy's bar-b-que, and taking a ride on the sky ride over the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Love my mom and sister! Thank you for a fun weekend... I was pooped by the end, but glad for the time we had together. :)

I love to see the temple

We took a trip to the Denver temple on Saturday and had a nice picnic as a family on the grounds. It was a beautiful day!
