Happiness is...

...a new pink flowery guitar. :) Courtney's Grandma K gave her first guitar to her this past Christmas and can you tell just by looking at these pictures just how much she loves it? She will just sit and strum the strings for a long time and be so content. I really love when she decides to sing along to a song that she has made up. Love these precious happy moments from my sweet daughter.

Evan's CEC Birthday!

Yes, Evan wanted his birthday party at C.E.C. as we call it. Otherwise known as Chuck E Cheese! He invited his 2 best friends, Blake and Bryan and their mom's to join us for some pizza, pop and LOTS of tokens! We were practically the only ones there and had a great time! Evan ran around getting tickets and riding all the rides with his friends! (The mom's even found a few games to keep us occupied too!) At the end, we had Toy Story cupcakes and he received some neat presents from his friends. I really love Evan's little buddies. They are such sweet boys! They both can just melt my heart just by smiling at me or saying my name. :) What a fun way to celebrate my little guy's 5th birthday! Thanks Ann, Bryan, Liz, and Blake for coming! You guys made it a great time!

Stock Show Rodeo- Yee haw!

My sister Leah won tickets for the rodeo and so I went with her, her boyfriend Steve and my brother Mike. First, we walked around looking at and trying on some of the cowboy gear. Then we went into the petting zoo where a big ol' goat licked my hand! Eeeww! (what was I expecting? Actually, to go in and then get out as fast as possible!) After that we went and looked at more livestock...pigs and cows mostly. Then it was time for the rodeo!! My favorite part was the mutton busting! So cute seeing those little kids trying to hold on to the crazy sheep! We had a fun night just hanging out together and being silly. Thanks Leah for the ticket!

Brian's birthday!

We celebrated Brian's birthday tonight! The kids and I made him dinner and then for dessert, we had a circuit board cake! Brian could actually tell what it was after we had made it, so I was impressed! :) Happy birthday to my sweet husband! It was great to celebrate another birthday with you!

Bowling with the fam!

We decided to take a trip to Boondocks to go Bowling as a family! Boy, was that ever fun!

After the whole family played a game, just the girls decided to stay for a 2nd game. Heather whooped us! We laughed so much and had a great time! I am really lucky to have such great sister in laws! Miss them so much already!

Oh yeah.. And here we are actually bowling! :)
